Head Baker: Oversees the production of all from-scratch baked goods using farm grown ingredients whenever possible. Responsible for production planning, proper employee training and feedback, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate would have the ability to teach others, create effective work systems and be consistent and diligent. Prior food service management experience is a must. ServSafe certification must be current. Season: April-November. Full time, 40-50 hrs/week, and will require working most weekends. Salary and benefits to be determined based on experience, and include paid vacation time, merit-based bonus, personal days, store account, store discount, and health care option. Part-time seasonal positions: We are hiring for several roles. If you have a strong work ethic, great references, and a desire to learn, we will train you! Bakery assistants, store cashiers, wine stewards, ice cream scoopers, and pick-your-own staff are all welcome to apply. Youth applicants must be 16 years old to apply and be available to work 3-6 shifts per week during the summer and at least 2 shifts per week in the fall.
